Job Responsibilities
Read and interpret production orders and technical specifications for bonding operations
Prepare surfaces and materials for bonding, including cleaning, priming, and applying adhesives
Set up bonding equipment, molds, or presses according to job requirements
Operate machinery to bond rubber components to metal or other substrates
Inspect bonded parts for quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications
Document production data such as material usage, cycle times, and output quantities
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bonding equipment to ensure proper operation
Assist in troubleshooting bonding issues and report unresolved problems to supervisor
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during bonding and material handling processes
Maintain clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and ISO standards
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus
Previous experience in manufacturing, bonding, or rubber processing preferred
Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work with adhesives, bonding agents, and industrial equipment safely
Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production staff
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed
