Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where performance and initiative are rewarded.

Job Duties:

• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-up communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs to offer appropriate product or service solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and order details
• Collaborate with outside sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activity
