Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: South Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Salary Range: $79,000 – $90,000 annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our chemical manufacturing facility. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, safety, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead maintenance personnel in daily operations and long-term projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and ISO9001 standards.
• Maintain and improve facility operations using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, maintenance instructions, and CCMS documentation.
• Respond to emergency repairs and perform tasks in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas up to 50 ft.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production and equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing or processing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of pipe fitting, carpentry, welding, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA PSM standards and ISO9001 compliance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (below 32°F to 120°F), climb ladders, stoop, bend, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
