Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk to support our finance team with administrative and audit preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have an educational background in Accounting for a faster learning curve, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and organize financial and sales files.
• Summarize data for sales and financial audits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document organization.
• Assist with other finance team tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
• Strong communication skills.

Start Date:

• Immediate start preferred.
