Applicants should be prepared to discuss prior experience working in hot industrial environments and monitoring or adjusting process parameters

 

Pay: $19/HR + Overtime options (30-day temp-to-hire process)

Schedule: M-F 7a-4p Saturdays as needed
This position requires A LOT of flexibility when it comes to schedule 

 

What You’ll Do

• Work daily near operating kilns in a high-heat, dusty industrial environment
• Monitor kiln temperatures, airflow, and burner performance
• Make controlled adjustments to burners and air flow
• Identify abnormal conditions and respond methodically
• Maintain accurate kiln logs and production records
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

• Have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Are comfortable working in heat, dust, and physically demanding conditions
• Can monitor gauges/screens and notice trends or changes
• Understand cause-and-effect when adjusting mechanical or process systems
• Take documentation and record-keeping seriously
• Can work independently and stay focused for long periods
