We are partnered with a local community property seeking a Grounds & Facilities Attendant.

Schedule:
Two shifts available:
● Friday–Tuesday, 10 AM – 6 PM
● Monday–Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM (this shift includes more trash/dumpster duties)

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Job Responsibilities:

● Keeps walkways, common areas, and handrails clean and free of debris.

● Empties trash bins throughout the property and performs additional trash/dumpster tasks on the 6 AM – 2 PM shift.

● Wipes down handrails, window sills, and other high-touch surfaces as needed.

● Sweeps away cobwebs and maintains general cleanliness of outdoor areas.

● Operates a golf cart stocked with cleaning essentials, while spending most of the 8-hour shift on foot.

● Adheres to required dress code: polo shirt and khaki shorts.

● Contributes to team efforts by supporting general maintenance and cleanliness tasks as needed.
