Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Account Manager to join our team in Oak Creek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and proven experience managing commercial and/or residential landscape accounts.
Location: Oak Creek, WISalary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (plus bonus, commission, and benefits)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts.
Coordinate with crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for additional services and manage proposals for new projects.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for each account.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping or landscape account management.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
