Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: New Bern, NCShift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, Dayshift
Pay: $15 hourly
About Us:Our client is a growing insurance company dedicated to providing excellent service. We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn and grow. No prior insurance experience is required. The company will provide the training and support needed to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with new and existing customers via phone
Assist with filing and administrative tasks
Learn the ins and outs of our insurance business
Pursue and obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License (company-paid training available for the right candidate)
Qualifications:
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
Reliable and able to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday
