We’re Hiring: Leasing Agent

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team! If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of the property — helping prospective residents find their next home, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours, inquiries, and leasing information

• Build positive relationships with residents and provide top-notch customer service

• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease documents

• Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach

• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections

• Work closely with property management to meet occupancy and leasing goals

• Ensure the property always looks its best for showings and residents

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar software a plus)

• Ability to work some weekends if needed
