Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Must be willing to travel to Vancouver for training

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, guest-focused individual to provide exceptional service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in an RV park setting. This is a hands-on, people-centered role perfect for someone who enjoys being active, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a concierge-style check-in/check-out experience

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms

• Collect payments and rent from guests

• Answer calls, provide park information, and assist with inquiries

• Address guest concerns and respond to incidents professionally and calmly

• Maintain park compliance and enforce community rules

• Communicate with the corporate office and maintenance team

• Keep detailed, accurate daily documentation and reports

• Clean and maintain shared facilities (restrooms, showers, laundry room)

• Build positive connections with guests, teammates, vendors, and leadership

You Bring:

• 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience (RV park experience a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft 365, reservations, reporting tools)

• Friendly, people-oriented demeanor with a “service-first” mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work outdoors and show units (no lifting over 35 lbs)
