Business Development Manager

Located in Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $20.00 + DOE

Express Employment is hiring for a Business Development Specialist!! 

Pay: $20.00 + DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Strong customer service and clear communication skills

• Good understanding of the sales process from prospecting to placement

• Experience answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients

• Ability to accurately enter data accurately and manage emails/messages professionally

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Coachable attitude, reliability, and the initiative to support a team

• Strong customer service and clear communication skills

Job Duties Include:

• Greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Obtain new business through leads, appointments, and phone calls

• Answer phones, take and return messages, and manage appointment scheduling

• Maintain accurate contact information and calendar details

• Follow up with clients or escalate issues when appropriate

• Identify and contact potential customers / present services to prospects / meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Take initiative - ask for tasks and assist the team as needed
