Perform general labor tasks in an outdoor environment
Lift, move, and load materials (up to 100 lbs)
Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
Work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
Follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work
Forklift certification or heavy equipment experience is a plus
Must follow directions and work well as part of a team
$18/hour starting pay (negotiable for certified candidates)
Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with consistent hours
