Production Machine Loader (2nd Shift)

• Location: Bay Minette, AL
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Pay: $17

We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our production team as a Machine Loader. This entry-level position involves feeding and loading materials into production machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

·        Load raw materials into production machines according to specifications

·        Monitor machine operation and report any issues to supervisors

·        Maintain a steady workflow to meet production targets

·        Assist with basic machine cleaning and upkeep

·        Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

·        Work efficiently during extended shifts with minimal downtime

 

🧠 Knowledge & Requirements

·        No prior experience required; training provided

·        Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials for long periods

·        Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

·        Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

·        Willingness to work evening/night shifts Monday through Thursday
