What You’ll Do​

•           Move, lift, and stage heavy wood doors, stairs, and materials throughout the shop

•           Assist carpenters with sanding, prepping, and basic assembly work

•           Accurately measure and mark materials using a tape measure or ruler

•           Keep the workspace organized and stocked with needed supplies

•           Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, productive work area

 

What We’re Looking For​

•           Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately - measurement skills required

•           Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred (will train the right person)

•           Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy materials throughout the day

•           Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

•           Team player who can follow instructions and work safely in a shop setting
