Duties

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Answer questions about available units, pricing, and amenities
• Process rental applications and assist with leasing paperwork
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and update availability
• Assist with general office and property management tasks
