Estimator – Tile & Stone Fabrication Projects

Full-Time | up to $80,000/year (Based on Experience)

 

A well-established tile contracting and granite fabrication company is looking for an Estimator with a sharp eye for detail and strong project coordination skills. If you know your way around drawings, take-offs, and client specs — and have a solid background in construction estimating — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Own

• Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.

• Perform quantity take-offs for tile, granite, and other hard-surface materials.

• Liaise with clients, architects, and designers throughout the project cycle.

• Track and monitor projects from start to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Who will thrive here

• You MUST HAVE at least 5years of estimating experience in flooring, stonework or tile projects.

• You have strong working knowledge of hard surfaces, tile, and stonework industries.

• You have solid computer and organizational skills — you know how to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

• You have a post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach — you’re the kind of professional who gets it right the first time.
