Salary: $24.00-$33.00/hour

Join a Big Lake, MN company who has been innovating the boating experience for over 30 years! As a Welder, you'll be working with aluminum parts using MIG and TIG techniques. You’ll follow instructions, use basic tools, lift up to 50 lbs., and help build products in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility. Previous TIG welding experience is required, and the completion of a welding program or certification is preferred.

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday
• 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay

• $24.00-$33.00/hour, DOE
• Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

• Weld aluminum parts using MIG and TIG techniques
• Cut, grind, and prep materials
• Check welds for quality
• Assemble and tack parts
• Keep tools, equipment, and workspace clean
• Report equipment or defective materials
• Support other departments as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience with TIG welding (required)
• Welding program completion or certification (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
• Basic math skills related to welding tasks
• Willingness to work in different areas of the facility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at a fast pace
• Ability to bend, walk, twist, and carry materials
