Join a dedicated manufacturing team as a Production Operator and help keep operations running smoothly! This position involves hands-on machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and clean:

• Molding presses

• Dryers

• Grinders

• Thermolators

• Material mixers

• Scales (for weighing product)

• Molds

Additional Duties:

• Take quality measurements and perform visual inspections

• Follow all ISO procedures and work instructions

• Apply job-specific SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques

• Use and clean precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges)

• Follow cold weather procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
