Express Employment of La Crosse is assisting a local southside company in the recruitment of qualified candidates for their Kitting/Assembly department. This company specializes in the distribution of crafting supplies throughout the US.

 

Wage & Hours:

1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-4:30pm & Fri, 7:30am-1:30pm, $16.50/hour

 

Kitting and assembly responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

• Accurately pull parts and assemble needlework kits using a pre-determined spec sheet
• Accurately weigh, package & label small clamshells of beads
• Accurately assemble and package other items as needed
• Assist others as needed
• General housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

 

Kitting and assembly requirements include:

• HSD or GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift 20-25lbs throughout shift
• Basic mathematical knowledge and understanding
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to help others
• Must be able to stay on task and work both independently and as a team
• Previous experience is not required
