Glass Cutter and Machine Operator

The Glass Cutter & Machine Operator is responsible for operating cutting and shaping machinery to produce precise glass components for various applications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, hands-on, and experienced in working with glass or similar materials.

Job Duties

• Operate glass cutting and shaping machinery safely and efficiently
• Measure and cut glass according to specifications and blueprints
• Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Record production output and report any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
• Follow all company safety protocols, including proper handling of glass and equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and storage of glass materials as needed
