Pay: Up to $25/hour DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our apartment community in excellent condition. You must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and repairing various systems and fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on apartments, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance work.

• Complete painting, drywall repair, and touch-ups as needed.

• Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and units.

• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

• Assist with unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in painting, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.

• Must have a clean background and a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
