We are seeking an energetic and motivated Call Center Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product information, and drive sales through exceptional service and communication. Job Duties:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote products and services
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to recommend appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction
