We are seeking a motivated and dependable Truck Body Assembler to join our team on the day shift. This position involves assisting with mounting truck bodies, working closely with our engineering department, and ensuring each build meets company and customer standards.
Learn how to mount and install truck bodies and related components.
Communicate effectively with the engineering department and follow technical instructions.
Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on tools and equipment.
Report any mechanical or equipment issues to the maintenance department promptly.
Collaborate with other departments and assist team members as needed.
Provide suggestions to management on quality, process, and safety improvements.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in truck assembly, welding, fabrication, or a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)- Mon-Fri
Pay: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)
