Salary: $32-$34

Responsibilities:- Installations, check-outs and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems.

• Verification and documentation of test results and diagnosis of electrical systems
• Installation of various forms of pipe (rigid, aluminum, IMC, EMT, PVC Duct Systems)
• Installation of electrical controls and devices
• Properly use High Voltage PPE
• Properly use and maintain tools and equipment owned by J. Davis Construction
• Ability to research NEC when necessary for projects.

Skills and Experience:- 5+ years’ experience with industrial electrical work.

• Basic knowledge of all electrical systems (3 phase, single phase, low voltage, control wiring systems, etc.)
• Grounding
• Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings, one-line drawings, cut sheets and P&I drawings.
• Ability to operate electrical test equipment.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E
• Basic understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
