Location: Ocala, FLPay: $18.00–$21.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:30PM or 8:00AM–5:00PM
Join a company that supplies essential tools, building components, and industrial materials to professionals across multiple trades. In this role, you’ll support both inside and outside sales teams by assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person at the counter. You’ll become a trusted resource for contractors and maintenance professionals by providing accurate product information, dependable service, and practical solutions.

Respond promptly and profitably to customer inquiries and orders
Partner with outside sales to review quotes and customer needs
Source and enter orders for construction and industrial supply products
Maintain and communicate order status through the open order report
Coordinate with vendors to confirm shipments and delivery details
Provide technical and product knowledge to help customers choose the right materials
Recommend suitable product alternatives based on specs, cost, or availability
Support sales growth through add-on suggestions, promotions, and relationship management
Track follow-ups and results in the CRM system
Stay current on market pricing, new product lines, and competitor activity
2–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or hardware supply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a team setting
Goal-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
Attention to detail with solid product and application knowledge
Familiarity with account strategy and competitive landscapes
