We’re hiring a Saw Shop Operator to play a vital role in our pallet manufacturing process. In this hands-on position, you’ll set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation—setting our builders up for success. We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Hourly Pay: $18.00

Weekly paychecks every Friday

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Responsibilities
•     Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets
•     Follow all safety rules and regulations
•     Communicate effectively with plant management
•     Work overtime as needed
Requirements
•     Ability to regularly lift wooden pallets weighing approximately 50 lbs
•     Preferred experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing
•     Quick hands and strong attention to detail
•     Commitment to quality and effective communication skills
