Job Summary: $19 to $22/ hr DOE

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Lead Tech Cleaner who is fluent in both English and Spanish to lead cleaning crews and interact directly with homeowners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, be comfortable using computers, and able to manage labor logs and planning. This role requires a hands-on team player who can maintain high cleaning standards while also handling administrative and communication duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and homeowners on job sites

• Supervise, train, and guide cleaning team members during projects

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and homeowner expectations

• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish

Planning & Documentation:

• Create and manage daily/weekly labor plans and schedules

• Complete and maintain labor logs, time sheets, and job reports using computer software

• Coordinate supplies and ensure equipment is ready and functioning for each job

• Assist with documenting before/after conditions as needed (e.g., taking photos, filling reports)

Cleaning Duties:

• Perform advanced residential and commercial cleaning tasks

• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times
