Position: Forklift Mechanic
Location: Randolph, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$40 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Mechanic to service, diagnose, and repair forklifts and similar machinery. This is a mobile role requiring travel to customer locations throughout New Jersey and occasionally New York, using a company-provided van.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and related industrial equipment
• Travel to customer sites daily using a company vehicle
• Determine necessary repairs and perform them efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and solutions
• Complete service documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience repairing forklifts or similar machinery (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills in English (some Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to interact professionally with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation:

• $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience
