Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Swing Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Graveyard: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

This is a temp-to-hire position with multiple schedules available and no client interview required. Work may sometimes be on-call or vary in hours, and we are building a pool of qualified candidates to support production needs. Job Duties: 

• Operates production injection molding machines and assembly machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Produce product at 98% outgoing quality or higher.
• Understands the importance of protecting the injection mold from damage.
• Prepare and trim a variety of molded parts (using knife, clippers, or degaters, etc).
• Responsible for packing, stacking, verifying labels, and counting of parts.
• Inspects parts to insure that standards are met and reports deviations immediately to Supervisor.
• Detects and reports machine malfunctions promptly to Supervisor.
• Maintains an adequate supply of operating materials for production machines and obtains additional materials according to procedures.
• Grind runners and defective parts when grinder is available.
• Perform all job responsibilities to efficiently and effectively produce quality products in a timely manner.
• Communicate all instructions and issues with upcoming operators.
• Maintain the work area in an organized, safe and professional manner and communicates safety issues to supervisor.
• Ensure a positive attitude towards working together as a team.
• Accurately fill out required forms and enter production data when requested.
• Perform other jobs as assigned by your supervisor or lead person.
• Must be able to run more than one machine when applicable.
• Comes prepared to work on time and daily as scheduled.
• Maintains confidentiality of client products and information.
• Support in light cleaning, housekeeping and janitorial duties
