Industrial Mechanic

Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for an Industrial Mechanic for a few different companies in Omaha, NE. 

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 7-5pm
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: up to $40/hour

Job Duties:
•    Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems
•    Diagnose and service pumps, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic controls
•    Perform fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) for repairs and custom builds
•    Inspect and replace bearings, seals, valves, hoses, and fittings
•    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
•    Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service records
•    Work safely and efficiently to minimize downtime
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•    Proven experience as an industrial, mechanical, or maintenance technician
•    Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
•    Experience working with pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipment
•    Proficient in welding and fabrication (certification a plus)
•    Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
•    Basic electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus
•    Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
