A Mount Prospect, IL company in the HVACR industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

As a CSR, you’ll be the voice of the company—supporting customers through meaningful interactions that inform, resolve, and build long-term relationships. You’ll play a key role in helping customers navigate website and eLearning platform, understand their product offerings, and find solutions to any issues they may face.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
• Field inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide detailed information on products, services, and eLearning resources
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Accurately document and update customer records and interactions
• Stay current with knowledge of our products, services, and digital tools
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction and feedback

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and respect
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) industry.
