CNC Screw Machine Operator
Located in Long Beach, CA
Salary: $22-$28/hr
CNC Screw Machine Operator – $22 - $28 /hour
We are in need of a CNC Screw Machine Operator for a plastic fabrication machine shop located in Long Beach, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor multi-spindle screw machines to produce conforming parts
- Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators) to ensure part accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet daily production goals set by the manager
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Stand for the duration of the shift, excluding scheduled break
- Occasionally lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating CNC or screw machines preferred
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools
- Mechanically inclined, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
