We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. With a starting pay of $22-30 per hour, based on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Repair and replace defective components
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications: 

• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed
