We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our companies service operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee service scheduling, technician management, customer relations, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all service work. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Team Leadership:Supervise and support service technicians, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.
Scheduling & Dispatch:Manage daily service schedules, coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance calls.
Customer Service:Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Technical Oversight:Provide guidance on troubleshooting and repairs
Inventory & Equipment Management:Monitor service inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and compliance.
Quality Control:Conduct inspections and follow-ups to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.
Safety Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and ensure technicians adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.
Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate service records, technician performance reports, and customer feedback logs.
