We are seeking Call Center Sales Representatives for our client's expanding Construction business in Bellingham, MA.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm (M-F)

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- B2B Sales & Construction industry experience is a plus 
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers
