Admin Marketing / Inside Sales Representative

Located in Tigard, OR

We’re looking for a motivated and communicative Admin Marketing & Inside Sales Representative to join a Portland-based marketing company that specializes in event advertising and promotional outreach. In this role, you’ll help local businesses promote upcoming events by contacting companies to arrange flyer and poster placements. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, working in a team-oriented environment, and contributing to creative marketing efforts.

Job Duties:

•  Make outbound business-to-business calls to potential advertising partners using provided call lists and scripts
•  Follow a simple and effective call script to introduce advertising opportunities and secure flyer/poster placements
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead goals (100 calls per day, 5 leads per week)
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in company systems
• Participate in team meetings to review performance goals and campaign updates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support event advertising strategies and outreach goals
