Quality Control Tech – $18–$20/hr

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our production team as a Quality Control Tech. This position helps test and inspect materials and finished products to make sure they meet company and customer standards. Training is provided for all testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect product samples from different stages of production.
• Run simple lab tests such as moisture, pH, and turbidity checks.
• Record test results in computer spreadsheets and logs.
• Keep testing equipment clean and calibrated.
• Work closely with production to correct any quality issues.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience in a plant, warehouse, or lab environment preferred — we’ll train the right person.
• Basic computer skills (Excel or similar).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.

Pay & Schedule
$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Day shift, full-time, with occasional overtime.
