Job Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and put away incoming shipments of flower bulbs and materials
Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation for outgoing orders
Lift, move, and stack boxes and crates (up to 60 lbs) throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production and warehouse area
Operate basic warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and shipping software as required
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Previous warehouse, shipping, or production experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer and shipping software familiarity a plus
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal demands
