What You’ll Do​

•           Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

•           Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to verify accuracy

•           Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions

•           Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly

•           Support month-end closings, reporting, and special accounting projects​

What We’re Looking For​

•           2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience (construction experience preferred)

•           Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage 300, Viewpoint Vista, or QuickBooks

•           Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work

•           Excellent communication and organizational skills

•           Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment​
