What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise installation teams on commercial construction sites
• Perform installations and service work on doors, frames, and hardware with precision
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Train and mentor junior technicians and installers

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware installation is required
• Proven leadership experience managing installation crews
• Strong understanding of Division 8 specifications and construction site protocols
