Warehouse Floor Associate/ Forklift Operator Cold temp.

Salary: $18.00-23.00

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Floor Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in a cold storage facility. This role involves operating forklifts and performing general warehouse duties in a temperature-controlled environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment 
• Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse 
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records 
• Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders 
• Follow safety protocols and cold storage handling procedures 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor 

Qualifications: 

• Valid forklift certification/license is a plus
• Experience in warehouse operations; cold storage experience is a plus 
• Ability to work in cold temperatures 
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
