Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and experienced CDL Class A or B Truck Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer to transport goods across various routes. The ideal candidate is safety-driven, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service while meeting delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report any maintenance concerns immediately
• Load and unload freight as needed while ensuring proper cargo securement to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, and shipping documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding schedules and updates
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS systems and real-time traffic data
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep and ensure truck cleanliness and readiness
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and federal/state transportation laws

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• 2–3 years of recent commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and hours-of-service compliance
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and sit for extended periods
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift and/or pallet jack certification
• TWIC card and/or Hazmat endorsement (plus)
