Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working person to help with apartment maintenance and general labor at a local apartment complex in Lodi, CA.

Great for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and helping keep properties clean and in good shape.

Job Duties Include:

• Light maintenance work
• Cleaning units for new move-ins
• Groundskeeping (trash pickup, sweeping, etc.)
• Basic repairs (painting, light plumbing, replacing fixtures)
• Helping the maintenance team as needed
• Following safety rules and reporting any issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous maintenance or general labor experience (Past 6 months)
• Someone reliable and on time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Must have reliable transportation to Lodi
