A well-established travel agency in the NorthShore—celebrating over 30 years of personalized service and excellence—is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Specializing in cruise tours for large groups, this is a great opportunity for someone who loves travel, organization, and delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries
• Communicate with clients and vendors to coordinate travel details
• Prepare itineraries, mailings, and outreach to clients and prospects
• Support marketing efforts using MS Word and manage communications via Outlook

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, organized, and proactive self-starter
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Canva
• Customer service experience preferred
