Location: 3315 Boone Road, Benton, Arkansas 72015
Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator II to join our Lapping team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a precise, lab-focused environment and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and handle parts with care, following proper PPE procedures.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure correct processing of parts.

• Use calipers and other tools to measure and inspect parts accurately.

• Perform visual inspections, handwashing, and drying of parts for the lab area.

• Pack and organize parts once processing is complete.

• Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.

• Comfortable with hands-on work and standing throughout the shift.

• Previous experience in a production or lab setting is a plus.
