About the Role
This position supports homeowners and builders through Construction service and warranty work, inspections, plan reviews, and guidance on basement finishing. You’ll manage your own schedule, communicate with both internal teams and customers, and work independently with a 6:00 AM start time (may vary).

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and perform service/warranty tasks

• Complete post-installation inspections and review plans

• Provide expert guidance on basement finishing

• Prepare reports, estimates, and basic computer entries

• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Able to work OT as needed

• Lift/push/pull 20 lbs frequently and 80 lbs occasionally

• Strong verbal and written communication (English required)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and deadline-driven

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments

• Able to read construction drawings and use basic construction math

• Prior construction experience required; concrete preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (company vehicle provided)

• Reliable daily transportation and consistent attendance
