Are you detail-oriented with an eye for perfection? Our locally owned cabinet manufacturing company in Hot Springs is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help ensure every product that leaves our shop meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

Inspect with Precision: Examine products for quality and imperfections before shipping.
Hands-On Work: Use tools such as hammers, nail sets, and sanders to fine-tune finished products.
Active Environment: Work in a moderately warm or cool setting with some dust and background noise — no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For

Strong Attention to Detail: Excellent eyesight and focus are key.
Dependable & Punctual: You’re the type who shows up ready to work.
Adaptable Schedule: Able to adjust between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., as needed.
Comfortable with Heat: This is not a climate-controlled environment.
Experienced Professional: Previous quality control experience is required.
