Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Press Brake Set Up Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Markle area! If you enjoy hands-on work, mechanical precision, and being part of a reliable operation — this could be the perfect fit.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up press brake and related department equipment

  • Perform accurate machine set-ups using knowledge of tooling & machine capabilities

  • Assist engineering and management with troubleshooting production and quality issues

  • Use and maintain personal hand tools for set-up and adjustments

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Follow all quality system requirements, including SPC, error prevention, and waste reduction

✔️ Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong blueprint reading & basic arithmetic skills

  • Prior manufacturing or machine set-up experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented with strong safety and quality focus

  • Reliable, consistent work history
