Operate and perform set-ups on CNC turret punch press machines
Load materials into the machine and prepare for operation
Run machine cycles and monitor performance
Detect malfunctions and take corrective action as needed
Maintain accuracy, quality, and safety standards
Proven experience in manufacturing or CNC operation
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
