We’re hiring Material Handlers for an essential facility that processes organic soil used in farming and landscaping. This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep production moving, work closely with equipment operators, and support a crew that values hard work and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep organic material flowing through industrial shakers
• Communicate with the heavy equipment operator when bins need to be filled
• Use shovels, scrapers, and hand tools to break up soil clumps and keep screens clear
• Stack bags and help with general housekeeping tasks (sweeping, scraping, clearing buildup)
• Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and your crew
• Work in outdoor conditions (dusty, hot, cold, or rainy)

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on your feet
• A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from the foreman
• Willingness to get dirty and contribute to a team that gets the job done right
